These general terms are an agreement between the writer who uses Pulppier.com to publish her or his texts (literary works and comments), and Pulppier.com site.

Pulppier.com is a website for writers and mobile readers. Writer is a person who submits texts or comments to be published online by Pulppier.com.

Publishing with Pulppier.com

The writer, who publishes her or his texts with Pulppier.com, will retain all the rights to the text. The writer will give Pulppier.com a royalty free permission to use the text or a sample of it for promoting purposes of Pulppier.com.

Pulppier.com does not inspect the texts before online publishing, and Pulppier.com is not responsible for the content of the texts. The writer who submits the texts guarantees that

Pulppier.com may perform edits to the texts and the meta-data to improve the usability of Pulppier.com interface. (For instance, add or edit HTML-tags.)

Pulppier.com does not guarantee archiving or back-ups of the submitted texts. Pulppier.com is not responsible for corrupted, destructed, or lost text files or data, harrassment, or for data theft.

Pulppier.com has a right (not an obligation) to remove a text for any reason.

Pulppier.com holds a right to block out a writer who violates the general terms or disturbs the website or the other writers.

Pulppier.com holds the rights to revise the general terms at any time without a notice, and to change the content of the website, or to abolish the website. Pulppier.com does not give warranties for full-time accessability of the site. Pulppier.com is not responsible for any third party disturbances.

By getting registered, the writer will agree that her or his personal data is gathered to develop and maintain the Pulppier.com operations. The writer shall keep her or his password secret and change the password frequently.

By submitting the text the writer will agree that the text is published instantly for public view.
